LA BOMBE POLE FITNESS CLASSES
For beginners or first-timers. You will learn all of the basic holds, grips, and spins to begin your pole journey. "No matter what your fitness level, we all start at the bottom of the pole!"
Head to toe sculpting routines that will tone, strengthen, and give you a pole-fit body!
Hot 'n' Flexi:
We will turn up the heat and take our moves to the floor with static and active stretching exercises designed to enhance grace and fluidity.
Burn 'n' Bend:
Bring your workout shoes for a sporty 30 minute plyometric, cardio-endurance workout, followed by 30 minutes of stretching focused on progressing to all variations of the splits.
Pole Booty Boot Camp:
Boot camp style complete body conditioning for everyone, designed to help you reach the top!
Art of Pole:
A "fast track" for beginners with dance or athletic backgrounds, and anyone with previous pole experience. Basic holds and spins will be taught and built upon with climbs, inverts, tricks, and combinations to help you define your unique style!
You will get a great arm and core workout as you advance to the spinning pole. Experienced beginner to advanced students will be taught several movements, tricks, and spins with a focus on fluidity and control.
A safe introduction to proper form and technique while you learn inverts, foundation inverted holds, and poses.
Trix & Technique:
Time to get technical! Gain body awareness and finesse as you practice tricks, transitions, and combinations. Learn the ins & outs of the cutting edge skills you see in pole fitness.
